Please read the following Terms and Conditions, which relate to information regarding general use of our websites and the terms and conditions relating to purchases of subscriptions. By using our websites, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions .

We recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions prior to using our sites and thereafter check them for any changes for which you are responsible for doing so.

Access to the gpmentor Website

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer has a compatible internet browser (e.g. firefox) and an active internet connection.

We endeavour that website availability is uninterrupted and that products will be error-free. However, we are not able guarantee that your access will not be suspended or limited from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services.

Accounts and Passwords

If you have registered or subscribed to use any service within the gpmentor website then any user identification or password is personal and non transferable and must be kept confidential and used only by you. We have the right to take action should this requirement be breached which can include immediate cancellation of your registration and/or subscription and your payment forfeited. We at gpmentor will not pass on any of your information to third parties without your prior consent.

Our Products and Services

gpmentor is an online revision website for doctors. A description of what is included in each gpmentor product is contained on our website including the period of each subscription which is chosen by you the user. The website has not been optimised for use via mobile devices.

Placing an Order and our Acceptance

The language that we offer to you will be English only.

Before payment for a product you must register your details on the gpmentor website and agree to the terms and conditions. You will be sent a confirmatory email informing you if your registration was successful and a link to activate your account.

Payment for the online revision service can be made online or by post.

If wanting to pay by post please email us (support@gpmentor.com) for details for how and where to send payments.

If payment is made online, then you will have instant access to the online material for the duration of your paid subscription. Please note that in some cases there may a delay.

When paying online you will proceed to a secure payment page which is part of Paypal.

After you submit your payment, you will receive confirmation that your payment was either successful or unsuccessful.

For online payments, we may at that time allow you to have temporary access online to the gpmentor service that you wish to subscribe to, but this is a gesture of goodwill and does not represent acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to cancel your access if payment(s) to our account is not reached or if the terms and conditions are breeched in any other manner.

Once you login to the paid part of the site for the first time, you are deemed to have used the product, and no refunds will be made unless there is a problem with the gpmentor site that cannot be repaired. Errors is spelling, grammer or punctuation will not form a basis for refund or if you disagree with the answers that we have provided.

Please note that if you wish to cancel any subscription that you have purchased after logging on as a paid subscriber for the first time, cancellation shall be at our discretion and if accepted it will be subject to a cancellation charge.

gpmentor products are supplied subject to availability and remaining in current circulation. In the event that we are unable to supply any of our services for the agreed term, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a pro rata refund in the event that you have paid for a period for which we cannot comply. We will not however be liable to the full extent permitted by law, for any direct or indirect loss caused as a result of not being able to supply to you within the subscription for all or any of the periods subscribed to.

These prices are inclusive of all taxes and delivery unless otherwise indicated
